Our God reigns!
A recipient couple asked a donor to help her after prayer and seeking God’s word.
The beautiful donor first discussed with her husband. Because the marriage relationship is so sacred, I insisted that she not compromise her marriage and honour her husband throughout. The couple discussed, prayed and sought God’s word and decided that they would love to help the recipient couple.
This was an especially moving situation of how a recipient couple selected their donor after prayer and how their donor accepts after prayer.
Since then we have a great high priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus, the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession. For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathise with our weaknesses, but one who in every respect has been tempted as we are, yet without sin. Let us then with confidence draw near to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need (Heb. 4:14-16).
May every step of this donation be for the glory of our God our Saviour.
