I am Lynette Dean, a Counselling Psychologist, with a special interest in Women’s Mental Health. Having been through an infertility struggle myself, I have empathy for couples experiencing infertility and struggling to have a family. I work closely with a Fertility unit in Port Elizabeth, offering counselling to women and couples, going through infertility. In addition to this, I have a private practice, where I see individuals going through life crises, including depression, marital and couple counselling and anxiety. I also deal with women and couples facing grief as a result of miscarriage or related trauma.
At times it is possible to interview the prospective egg donors via Skype of Whatsapp video chat as the donors do not live in Port Elizabeth, where my practice is situated. This is arranged via baby2mom.
