My experience with baby2mom has been incredible and I am definitely looking forward to having a longer relationship with them. The whole donor experience/ procedure for me was fast and painless until the day of retrieval, after going into surgery I was definitely in pain. It was difficult to walk because I had to be cautious and it was also difficult to wee but nonetheless that only happened on the day of retrieval and the pain meds given to me dealt with the pain and so the next day I was feeling great and back to normal.
I learnt that as a donor that as long as you follow instructions, all will go well and you will forget you went through it (not entirely) but you will be glad you’ve done it, because the feeling of reaching the end is just as joyful as I’d imagine the recipient would feel after hearing that all was a success.
Speaking of my recipient, thank you for choosing me. I’m sending love, peace, joy but most importantly blessings throughout this life changing journey of yours, of which I am proud to have been a part. May your new family bring nothing but joy and endless memories. I can’t wait to hear nothing but good news!
